Free Equine Business Health Check Find out what’s holding your business back.

The unfair advantage ambitious equine businesses have.

You know exactly what to do with a horse in front of you, but the business can still feel more wild horse than schoolmaster.

The Equine Business Podcast / The Equestrian Business Podcast

Here's what I see...

The business works. It’s established, busy, and bringing money in.

From the outside, it looks solid enough.....

But underneath, you’re holding more of it together than you should be.

You’re flat out delivering, yet the business side still isn’t as dialled-in as you know it could be. There are ideas for growth, steadier income, a cleaner structure…

but you’re always too in it to properly step back and nail them.

Pricing gets left alone because deep down you know it’s not just a tweak… it’s a bigger conversation you’ve been avoiding.

You tell yourself you’ll sort the business properly when things quieten down. Then they do, and you’re too knackered to pull it apart, so you just keep it moving.

The work gets done. The business runs.
But it still feels more reactive than intentional, more powered by your effort than by anything properly set up underneath it.

And that’s the rub.
You know the business is good. You also know it could be run far better than this.

This is where

I come in....

We don’t beat around the bush. We actually look at what’s going on in your business. The offers that are taking more than they’re giving. The pricing you know deep down isn’t quite right. The plans that live in your head but never quite make it into reality because you’re always mid-delivery, mid-client, mid-everything.

We get it out of your head and onto the table, decide what actually matters next, and put structure around the business so it stops feeling like a wild horse you’re constantly trying to hold together and starts behaving more like something you can actually ride and direct.

What this actually looks like in real life

Business stops feeling like something you’re constantly reacting to and starts feeling like something you’re actually leading.

Decisions that have been circling for months finally get made properly, not rushed between clients or pushed to “when things quieten down”.

Pricing gets looked at based on what the business actually needs to sustain you, not just what feels safe compared to everyone else on the yard, in the shop, or online.

You still graft, because that’s the industry, but it stops feeling like endless graft with no real forward movement. There’s a sense that things are actually being built, not just kept afloat.

This isn’t theory.

It’s lived.

I’ve spent over two decades in the equine world and the last several years properly inside equine businesses, yards, physios, retailers, course creators and all sorts in between.

So when you start explaining your business to me, chances are I’m already there with you. I don’t need the long ramble about how the industry works or why last week went sideways because something happened with a horse, the weather, or life just generally doing your head in. I get that this world doesn’t run on neat weeks and tidy plans.

That matters, because we’re not wasting sessions translating your life before we even crack on with the business. We can roll our sleeves up and get straight into what’s actually going on, what’s working, what’s wobbling or being quietly ignored, and what needs sorting first so the whole thing isn’t constantly held together with baler twine in your head.

I built my own business intentionally with structure, boundaries and decisions that hold up in real life, not just on paper. When my husband had a severe stroke, that got properly battle tested. I cut my hours overnight and the business didn’t collapse, because the foundations were solid enough to carry it.

That’s the angle I come from when I work with you. Hands-on, sleeves rolled up, in the trenches with you, sorting the business side so it stops feeling like a constant firefight and starts feeling like something you’re actually in charge of.

How you can work with me

There isn’t one “right” way. It depends how much support and focus you want.

The Collective

Ongoing group mentoring, structure and accountability alongside other equine business owners who actually get the reality you’re working in. You get my guidance, straight-talking feedback, access to the Stable Foundations system, the members area, and a proper community around you so you’re not trying to hold the business together on your own. It’s the way to get consistent, grounded support without feeling isolated in it all.

Private Business Coaching

This is for when talking isn’t enough and you actually want the business shifted. We go deeper, faster and far more intensively than group mentoring allows. You get close access to me, we spend real time working through things properly, and I’m not afraid to get into the weeds with you, whether that’s shaping the structure, pulling apart offers, fixing copy, or sorting the tech that’s been sat half-done for months.

It’s designed to cut through decision fatigue, procrastination and second-guessing so you actually make the shifts you’ve been circling, not just think about them. It’s intensive because the goal is a genuine step change in how your business runs, not surface-level tweaks.

What Clients Really Say....

If your business works…

but you know it could run better than this

You don’t need to start again.
You don’t need another hundred ideas.

And you definitely don’t need to keep holding the whole thing together in your head and hoping it all clicks into place eventually.

You’ve already built something solid. The work gets done, clients get results, and the business keeps moving. But that doesn’t mean it has to keep feeling this reactive, this heavy, or this dependent on you constantly pushing it forward.

There's another level where the business feels steadier, properly thought-through, and far less like you’re forever catching up with it.
