Weekly mentoring, structure, and support to help you get organised, make more money, and keep your business moving forward — even when life gets messy.

You didn’t start your equine business to spend evening glued to your phone, replying to messages, juggling clients, and staring at a to-do list you never quite finish.
You started because you love horses.
You care deeply about your clients.
And you wanted work that actually mattered.
And yet, week after week…
You feel like you’re winging it again
You’re busy all the time, but the business isn’t really moving forward
Most advice doesn’t fit the messy, seasonal reality of the horse world
What’s missing isn’t effort or ideas.
It’s a regular point of focus
something that turns thinking into action.
The Collective is weekly mentoring and structured support for equine business owners who want their business to actually move — not just feel busy.
Here’s how it works, in simple terms:
You show up once a week
You get support with what’s really going on
You leave with clarity on what matters next
Its about getting a steady rhythm that keeps things moving forward.
Between calls, you’ve got:
A private, app-based members hub for questions and support
Full access to the Stable Foundations System, so you’re not second-guessing decisions
(Prefer call-free support? There’s an option for that too.)
Most business advice assumes:
Neat weeks
Predictable income
Spare headspace to “work on the business”
I know that’s not how equine businesses work.
The Collective isn’t a course you fall behind on.
It’s one weekly pause to stop reacting, get perspective, and decide what actually matters next.
So instead of carrying everything in your head,
you’ve got a rhythm that keeps the business moving forward.

You wouldn’t expect your horse to improve without someone on the ground.
Even experienced riders rely on another set of eyes.
Your business is the horse.
You’re the rider.
The Collective helps you:
See what’s really happening
Spot where you’re getting stuck
Decide what to do next
And over time, the business starts to feel more rideable.
(Prefer call-free support? There’s an option for that too.)

You already have an equine business and clients, but the business mostly lives in your head
You work hard, but want help turning effort into real progress
You can protect one focused hour a week to think, decide, and move forward
You want structure, mentoring, and tools — without hype or pressure
You’re at the very beginning with no offer or clients yet
You want a passive course to consume without engaging
You’re looking for a magic fix or someone to do it all for you
You can’t realistically commit to a weekly check-in right now
Finish Strong Fridays

Finish Strong Friday is a one-hour weekly call where you stop reacting to the business and actually lead it.
We start with a simple Finish Strong routine:
Review the week
Spot wins you’d normally skip over
See what actually moved the business forward
You stop guessing whether you’re “doing enough” and start seeing what’s working.
Then we move into live mentoring.
This is where I get eyes on your business and we work through what you’ve been circling, stuck on, or overthinking. We move through as many hot seats as possible, so real issues get addressed in real time.
Less in your head.
Fewer loose ends.
A business that feels steadier because you’re leading it.
(Can’t attend live? Replays are available.)
STable foundation system

Alongside the weekly calls, you get full access to the Stable Foundations System — a structured 16-week framework for building a stable equine business in the right order.
It’s designed for businesses that already exist but feel messy, reactive, or heavier than they should.
Each week:
A short lesson drops
You take one small action
You move on
Most weeks take around 30 minutes.
No bingeing. No falling behind.
When something comes up on a call, there’s a clear place in the system that supports it — so you always know what to focus on next.
The Members Hub

The Members Hub is where you bring things that come up mid-week.
You can:
Ask questions
Sense-check decisions
Get support before things spiral
It’s a focused, app-based space — no Facebook noise, no distractions (accessible on the computer too)
It’s there to support you without adding pressure.
The Resource Vault

You’ll also get access to my Equine Business Mentor Resource Vault — a practical toolkit I use and update regularly.
Inside you’ll find:
Planning tools
Decision prompts
Frameworks that get things out of your head and onto paper
This isn’t theory or fluff. It’s there to help you organise your thinking, make decisions, and follow through.

Where will your equine business be this time next year?

I've been supporting Horse Business owners officially since 2018, I've managed to do some cool things:
Over 1,800 equine businesses supported through the Equestrian Business Support Network
Guest Speaker at BETA International (2025), own session, plus on the equine business panel
Host of the Equine Business Podcast, sharing real-world strategy from inside the industry
I didn’t plan to do this work. I just knew that most business advice didn’t fit the reality I was living — or the reality I could see across equine businesses every day. It assumes predictable weeks, spare headspace, and energy left at the end of the day, when most of us are juggling animals, clients, weather, physical graft, and a brain that never really switches off.
I’d worked across corporate roles and equine businesses for years, and eventually worked myself properly ill. I was exhausted, dealing with chronic health issues, and trying to be a present mum at the same time. I rebuilt by putting structure in place — clear decisions and systems that didn’t rely on motivation or perfect weeks. The result wasn’t a flashy business, but one that held. Things became steadier. Boundaries stuck. Money stopped feeling like guesswork.
In 2024, everything I teach was tested. My husband Allan had a severe stroke and I became his full-time carer overnight. I reduced my working hours — and my business didn’t collapse. The foundations did their job.
That’s why I do this work: to help equine business owners build something stable enough to carry them through real life. If you’re here, it’s probably because you don’t need more ideas — you need something that actually holds.

Running a hands-on business left little time for marketing — and even less headspace for strategy. Between managing clients, social media, and personal recovery after trauma, it was hard to see what to prioritise.
With Jenni’s simple systems and accountability, she built routines that made marketing feel doable again — and started seeing direct results.
Now, she’s consistently attracting new clients, feels more organised, and values her time and skills more than ever.
“I feel more organised and have strategies in place that have directly gained me clients. I value myself more and make space for me.”
The call is weekly 11.30am-12.30pm UK time - replays and notes will be available. You come back the next week and pick up the thread. It’s about rhythm, not perfection. You can also ask any questions in the community which I respond to on Fridays.
If you prefer you can upgrade to collective+ this gives you call free coaching access to me via Telegram - you can sent me messages and I respond on Thursdays.

Yes! This is a group support program, I get occasionally you may not be able to make it but you can't get results if you don't show up as that’s where you’ll get the best feedback and accountability. Calls are recorded but not always saved for replay.

If you’re selling services or offers in the equine world — from coaching to livery, bodywork to saddle fitting — you’ll fit right in.

You’ll have the chance to bring your questions to the live call. This isn’t 1:1 coaching between calls — it’s structured weekly mentoring.

That’s exactly who it’s for. It’s designed to help you feel calmer, clearer, and more grounded — not to add to your load

The Collective is group-based mentoring, but I give direct feedback in the calls and community.
If you ever want extra personal help, there’s an easy upgrade option to collective+ which give you call free coaching via telegram messages on Thursdays or you could add on extra 1:1 calls at a members rate.

Nick and Dom were running a thriving riding school but knew they weren’t charging their worth. They were working long hours, juggling everything, and still not seeing the return they should.
With Jenni’s guidance, they built a clear pricing structure, set boundaries, and finally started valuing their time and expertise.
The result? Their best month in business since getting their riding school licence — and more balance behind the scenes.
“It’s been our best month in business since getting our licence. The focus, accountability, and support made a massive difference.”
