Why I Do This Work

People often ask me why I started mentoring equine businesses.

The truth is, I know first-hand how tough it can be. Years ago, I was running a business that looked successful on the outside, but inside I was struggling with pricing, time, and confidence. Eventually, I closed it down.

That experience taught me something powerful: passion alone isn’t enough. You need the right systems, pricing, and mindset to make a business sustainable.

That’s why I became the Equine Business Mentor. To make sure other equestrian entrepreneurs don’t have to go through it alone.

I believe every equine business owner deserves more than long hours, stress, and scraping by. You deserve a business that pays you properly, gives you time back, and still lets you enjoy the horses you love.

That’s why I show up — through coaching, the Hub, the Collective, and the podcast. Because your success matters, and our industry is stronger when equine businesses thrive.
