Hey, I'm Jenni
I've been working with equine business owners since 2018, and in that time I've supported over 1,800 businesses through the Equestrian Business Support Network, spoken at BETA International, and hosted the Equine Business Podcast, sharing real world strategy from inside the industry every week.
But here's what actually matters.
I didn't plan to do this work. I just knew that most business advice didn't fit the reality I was living, or the reality I could see across equine businesses every day. It assumes predictable weeks, spare headspace, and energy left at the end of the day, when most of us are juggling animals, clients, weather, physical graft, and a brain that never really switches off.
I eventually worked myself properly ill. Exhausted, dealing with chronic health issues, trying to be a present mum at the same time. I rebuilt by putting structure in place, clear decisions and systems that didn't rely on motivation or perfect weeks. Things became steadier. Boundaries stuck. Money stopped feeling like guesswork.
In 2024 everything I teach was tested. My husband Allan had a severe stroke and I became his full time carer overnight. I reduced my working hours and my business didn't collapse. The foundations did their job.

If you miss a week, replays and notes are available so you can catch up. You come back the following week and pick up the thread. It's about rhythm, not perfection.
Between calls, you can post questions in the community and I respond every Friday
Can I cancel anytime?

That said, this is a live group programme and the results come from showing up.
