There are plenty of places you can go for business advice. The problem is that running an equestrian business doesn't always fit neatly into the examples, strategies and assumptions that work in other industries.
I've worked specifically with equestrian business owners since 2018 — from product businesses and riding schools to coaches, professionals and service providers. And while the businesses might look completely different, the challenge is often the same: working out what actually needs attention and what will make the biggest difference next.
That's the thinking behind GALLOP, and it's how I work inside the Collective too. We look at the whole business, work out what matters now, and turn that into something practical you can actually do.
You don't need me to run your business for you. You need someone who can help you see it more clearly, make better decisions and keep moving it forward.

Is the Collective right for me if I’m already running my business?
Yes. The Collective is designed for equestrian business owners who are already in business and want to make it stronger. You might be trying to increase sales, improve your marketing, sort your pricing, get more organised or simply work out what needs your attention next. You don’t need to be at a particular stage — you just need to want to move the business forward.
What kinds of equestrian businesses is it for?
All sorts. The Collective includes product businesses, riding schools, coaches, therapists, freelancers and other equestrian service providers. GALLOP looks at the areas every business needs to think about, while the action you take is based on your business, customers and priorities.
How much time do I need to put into it?
There’s no set amount. In fact, I don’t want you spending hours inside the Collective for the sake of it. Use the GALLOP Audit and Buddy to work out what needs your attention, get the help or resource you need, and then go and do something with it in your business.
What’s the difference between Core, Plus and Pro?
The biggest difference is how much support you want from me. Core gives you the tools, structure and community to work out what to focus on and take action. Plus adds more support to solve problems and make decisions. Pro is for business owners who want me closer to the business, with ongoing coaching, personal check-ins and another pair of eyes on what’s happening as it happens.
What if I choose the wrong tier?
You’re not stuck with it. You can move between Core, Plus and Pro as the support you need changes. Just email me and I’ll sort the change for you.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. Membership is monthly, there’s no minimum commitment and you can cancel at any time. I’d obviously love you to stay, but only while the Collective is useful to you and your business.
What happens when I join?
You’ll get access to the Collective and Start Here straight away. Begin with the GALLOP Health Check to get a picture of what’s happening across your business, then use the Collective to work out what deserves your attention first. You don’t need to work through everything or catch up on a huge course before you can get started.
